The Hedonic Methodology is the most accurate measure available to measure the change in property values as it uses a technique which removes the effects of renovations, changes in the types of homes that are produced over time and variations in the buyer-types within the market. The most recent Home Value Index Results is available for download. Recent figures can also be viewed in spreadsheet form.
