Value Map is myrpdata’s latest product. This product provides a fully automated estimate for most residential properties in Australia.

My Value Map’s valuations are powered by a combination of sophisticated predictive and advanced real estate modeling technology using rpdata's property database. With 15 years in the real estate technology and automated valuation industry, RP Data is able to provide you with the same valuation technology that is used by many of the top banks and mortgage insurance players in the Australian market. This tool can assist you with many of your property decisions.  

Each Valuemap estimate comes with an Accuracy Score . This score is an estimate of the valuation range where the lower the number of the FSD (Forecast standard deviation)the more accurate the estimate is. A property with a score of 10 would see the estimated value fall within +/- 10% of the market value.

This score is driven by a number of factors such as the depth of information available on the subject and comparable properties.
