Why can't I search on my suburb?
If you are unable to find a suburb it could be because the suburb
name you are looking for is an estate name. Please contact our support
centre during business hours or email us at for further
investigation.
Why can't I find my street?
In some states private streets/roads are not listed as such in
the Valuer General's data. Please contact our support centre during business
hours or email us at for further investigation.
Why isn't a sale that occurred 1 or 2 months ago included in
my report?
Each state Valuer General's department takes some time to process and
release sales data. The typical time frame for most states is 3 months.
