An API Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with knowledge of your local market performs a valuation on the property remotely from their office. The Valuer accesses up-to-date property data and combines this with their own local experience to provide the Valuation Report. This same valuation methodology has been proven by leading Australian lending institutions in their assessment of loan applications.
This service is not currently available for the State of Tasmania.
